Ready-made artwork and products

For original artworks, furniture, lampshades and other ready-made items, customers within the European Union have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the item, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To exercise this right, please contact me within the 14-day period. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Commissioned artwork and custom-made items

Commissioned artworks and custom-made pieces are created specifically for you and are therefore excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

You may cancel your commission free of charge before I have started work. Once work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled and any payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If I am unable to complete your commission, any payment for work not yet carried out will be refunded.
